  • Made by award winning cider maker Nigel Stewart at Bridge Farm, Somerset, this is a bottle conditioned keeved cider (watch the film to find out more about this) bursting with bubbles and sweetened by residual apple sugars which remain post fermentation. Its lovely and rich with hints of Tarte Tatin yet remains light and quaffable and has a hint of tannin to add another dimension. This is one of my favourite styles of cider and this example doesn't disappoint.
