    Gwatkin's make some of the most drinkable ciders around and this single varietal Yarlington Mill is no exception. It pours a gorgeous bright amber in the glass with a good sparkle (just looking at it will make your mouth water - guaranteed) and the overiding aromas and flavours are of lemon, lime and honey. This medium cider falls toward the sweeter end of the spectrum but the mouth watering acidity balances the sweetness so brilliantly that one can go back again, and again........and again. One of  my 'go to' ciders and for anyone who's been put off sweet cider by concentrated industrial examples, try this and 'see the light'.
